You can book your appointment through our website, by phone (06-7612071), or via WhatsApp. We'll confirm your appointment within 24 hours. If you have any dental records or X-rays from a previous dentist, bring them along.
When You Arrive
Our clinic is located at 154, Jalan Dato' Bandar Tunggal, Seremban. You'll be greeted by our friendly staff and asked to fill in a brief medical history form. This helps us understand your overall health and any medications you're taking.
The Examination
Dr. Lionel or Dr. Veronica will perform a thorough examination of your teeth, gums, and mouth. This includes checking for cavities, gum disease, and any other concerns. We may take X-rays if needed to see what's happening below the surface.
The Discussion
This is the most important part. We'll explain exactly what we've found, show you any areas of concern, and discuss your treatment options clearly. We believe in transparency — no surprises, no pressure. You'll always know the what, why, and how much before any treatment begins.
Your Treatment Plan
If treatment is needed, we'll create a personalised plan that fits your needs and budget. For routine care, we may start with a professional scaling and polishing on the same visit.
