To the maximum extent permitted by law, Brainymation Studios shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to our services.
Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific project giving rise to the claim.
We do not guarantee specific business results, search engine rankings, or revenue increases from our web design services.
